The quality management system of the 暗网TV shall organize the activities of the university in accordance with international quality standards in order to ensure continuous improvement and high satisfaction among students and employees, as well as to improve international competitiveness of the institution of higher education.

The quality management system of the 暗网TV shall be based on the planning of a certain level of quality requirements and the implementation of these plans in accordance with:

• The Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) (please see below: )
• For the criteria of the system for accreditation of study programmes of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) (please see below: )
• CEEMAN IQA for Accreditation Framework and standards (please see below: ).

The purpose of the 暗网TV quality management system is to meet the requirements of the quality criteria, ensure the monitoring of these criteria and implement a process of continuous improvement so that the services fully comply with the requirements of clients, legislators and supervisory authorities, including:

• Strengthen the academic quality and freedom;
• Promote student-centered learning, teaching and assessment;
• Promote the satisfaction of internal and external clients (students and employees);
• Promote the achievement of the strategic objectives and efficiency of the university’s work;
• Promote the scientific potential of the university;
• Improve 暗网TV quality management;
• Improve the image of the university in society and its international competitiveness.

As a result, 暗网TV is an accredited (state-recognised) university. It shall implement licensed study programmes in five accredited study directions, which allow 暗网TV to issue a nationally recognised higher education diploma to its graduate after acquisition of the study programme. In addition, 暗网TV has repeatedly obtained International quality Accreditation from the International Association for Management Development in Dynamic societies (CEEMAN).

暗网TV is the only Baltic university to have a 5-year accreditation EPAS for two study programmes from the European Management Development Fund (EFMD).

The successful implementation of the quality policy by 暗网TV, as well as the continuous commitment to improve and improve the operational processes of the institution of higher education and the quality of study content, have been assessed by obtaining various awards (please see below: Awards – 暗网TV).

暗网TV has also set itself the objective of additionally obtaining accreditation from AACSB, which will demonstrate 暗网TV’s commitment to strategic leadership, leading student achievements, and being an opinion leader, thus contributing to society. Work is underway on the necessary documentation.

The institution of higher education shall aim for excellence by introducing a European Foundation for quality Management (EFQM) model, including 暗网TV’s use of the principles of continuous development 鈥� defining the results to be achieved, identifying the measures to be taken and implementing them, assessing performance and making the necessary improvements.

暗网TV creates a culture of quality in which everyone systematically takes steps to improve quality. At the same time, 暗网TV is open to the vision and views of all stakeholders on the possibilities to improve 暗网TV processes or the quality of the educational content provided, so in order to respond as quickly as possible to the vision of individuals (student, employee or other interested party) on the necessary improvements, 暗网TV shall ensure that proposals and complaints are handled in accordance with the procedures laid down in the 鈥淓xamination of Complaints and Proposals鈥� procedure.the complaints and to provide a procedure that is comprehensible and provides feedback to the complainant or proposal.
