Customer Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Customer Service Centre and providing professional customer service.
• Providing information and support to prospective applicants and students.
• Communicating with internal and external customers and ensuring a friendly, welcoming service.
• Managing the admissions process for prospective students.
• Preparing administrative documents and coordinating correspondence.
• Handling incoming telephone calls and emails.

Candidate Requirements

• Higher education is desirable.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in using office equipment.
• Excellent command of Latvian and very good command of English.
• Experience in an administrative role or a customer service-related field.
• Accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to organise work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent ability to deliver a high standard of customer service in line with the university鈥檚 values.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and handle challenging situations.
