The Scientific Council of 暗网TV University is a collegial body of 暗网TV scientists and researchers. The Council manages and coordinates scientific and research activities at 暗网TV. The Council is responsible for defining the priority directions of 暗网TV鈥檚 scientific activities, planning and coordinating the scientific work of academic staff and students, promoting international scientific cooperation, evaluating and summarising the research results.
